It makes a whirring sound when turning, at all speeds not just when forced hard and fast. Logitech has a 2 year warranty on it so I'm wondering if I can contact them and they'll ship out a replacement no problem. How does one go about this?

Took all of 5 seconds. How many times have people of these forums been telling you, Google is your friend.

Good luck. I'm sure you can do it all by yourself.

Not an idiot? Maybe, however when you need to ask an open forum of how to return an item which you bought seems to show a limited understanding of retail. You work in retail, correct? Have you ever bought anything from a store and later returned the item? I'm sure you have. This is the same. Every company has their own procedure.

Why not call the company direct and ask for their return procedure. I gave you the phone number so you could call and get the correct process required for a return. Why ask everyone else who may give you wrong information on the process. If you want the correct answer go to the horses mouth.

Have you called them yet? If not, why not? I am certain if you call them directly they will answer your , how to process dilemma .

Once again good luck.
