let me start by saying how upset i am that i can't really organize my garage the way i want. on to business.

for easiest reference, IMO, i have my garage organized by make. whenever i enter my garage, i have to re-sort it because it's somehow gotten out of order. what the @%#$ is that all about?! i said to sort by make. if i do a race, it's all screwed up again!! another thing, when it is in order, (i noticed this with my Vipers, so i'll use them as examples) it changes periodically. sometimes my GTS-R Concept will be first. then, 3 or 4 races later, the GTS is first. and i haven't driven either of them. whenever i save the game, the garage becomes magically unsorted. it's getting on my nerves.
 
The garage does not stay in order once you have exited it, I too go for sort by make, I've never noticed if the cars change posistion in the list each time though :thatsodd:
 
not all of them change, and they don't do it all the time.
 
They will change order if cars have been added into the list, when you make a purchase or get a prize? :star:
 
it's by aquire order by default...I just leave it that way...

It won't stay anyway, why go though and sort it everytime?
 
Sometimes I want my best cars on top, but GT2,
but still GT3 is a good game :cry:
 
I sort in an anal retentive fashion in GT2.
I sort road cars by make in alpha order
Then racers I built in make and alpha order
Then purpose built racers by make in alpha order.
I truly hate the fact that my GT 3 garage will not stay in order nor will it put my cars in order.
I would sort my Lancers by EVO # lowest to Highest. And When I sort by name then the other cars of the make go somewhere else.

has anybody else notice that when u sort by make that some of the makes are in the wrong place. the ones with all caps throw off the sorting i guess, because they will be organized right by first letter but many are not ordered right by second letter. (for example i believe Mitsubishi is listed before Mercedez)
 
Hadn't noticed that ZZII, are you sure :gt: Haven't just made the alphanbetical garage order by the 1st letter only? :home:

Yeah but when you have 197 cars in it, you're looking through it for half an hour if you dont sort it :) Acquire order should be the last one they sort it by in my opinion :)

i think you will find the answer to be no :p

I have cars change order all the time and I cant find them...
 
why have so many cars that u cant keep track of them?
 
when i sort my garage the freez dunno why.
that hadpened to you or not plz le tme know.
