My Garage Option Locked?PS4

After I downloaded update 8.0, the my garage selection when pressing the OPTIONS button on the controller appears locked and un-selectable. Is there a fix to this so I can choose my liveries for the cars I drive, especially when playing online?

I'm having the same problem and it's incredibly annoying. I can still access my garage by hitting triangle when selecting cars, or on the main menu by going to the My Garage tile but hitting the option button, My Garage is locked. Stupid bug. First one I've seen in a while but it's a very annoying one.
