my brother managed to get the gold rx7 on the Genome project doing over 31000bhp!! and i had to down tune it (to about 11000bhp) and give it super downforce just to control it! but i managed to turn it into a rallyable car! (with no control over it whatsoever! LOL! oh btw, can anyone give me a link for a converter to convert gamesaves from PAL-NTSC plz

You cant convert gamesaves from region to region

Where you NTSC or PAL, there are tons of sites that host game saves. Have you tried Google?

Try to proper english and spell correctly

"r" "u" and "plz" are not acceptable terms to be used here, you do remember seeing it when you checked the little box for the AUP right?

No slang words that promote laziness, ie; "r", "u", "plz", etc. will be tolerated. Decent grammar is expected, including proper usage of capital letters. Repeated violations will be grounds for suspension and/or permanent removal from the forums.

Yes, you can - that's how you get mph displayed in the PAL GT3 game...

It isn't easy though, and requires a Hex Editor.

You can download free trials of hex editors like WinHex from http://www.download.com/

there are a few free hex editors

Cygnus isn't normally free but there is a free version of it somewhere

Translhection is pretty good, it allows use of table [.tbl] files

if you need to use a table file, use translhection, otherwise probably Cygnus

try zophar's domain www.zophar.net and there should be hex editors somewhere there:tup:, but i think they only have the 30 day trial there
