I'm sure there is more to be tweaked to perfect it but just wanted to share my settings.

Power = 0
Weight = 111
Tires = R1 R1
Aero = n/a

Ride Height = -10 -10
Spring Rate = 5 8
Damper = 3 4
Toe = -0.08 +0.10
Camber = 2.5 2.0
Brakes = 5 3
F/R = n/a
Max turning = 30
Traction = off
ABS = 1

1st = 3.700
2nd = 2.212
3rd = 1.656
4th = 1.292
5th = 1.016
6th = 0.855
Final = 5.189

Very good tune :-) I found it very easy to drive, and would no doubt be very quick in the hands of a good driver.

On rails in the corners but I found it slower on the straights. Works well for me though, I enjoyed driving it very much.
 
Very nice setup, easy to drive. It seemed slow to me in the beginning, because the car feels underpowered. In fact you can find a lot of time on the track with it, because it lets you brake late, steers in nicely and does not behave nasty when you hit the throttle :) Well done!
