My Message Box is Broken, Cant Adjust Text, Cant Use Images Ect.

I'm not sure who to approach for this problem:

But I cannot attatch photos, adjust text, input links, and literally do anything else anymore when writing in this website, it is all blacked out and I cannot use any other function other than basic writing.

I want to show a screenshot of the problem but I can't, as this site wont let me input any images.

In fact, all of these options are greyed out and non-clickable. This has been happening for some months now

The most I can do now is "attatch files" and "insert quotes" , nothing else works.

I hope I can find help for this.
