Traded my DR650 for this bike a few weeks ago, couldn't have been happier with my decision. It's a 2001 Triumph TT600. Great bike, sounds amazing, handling is insane and looks sexy! Coming off of my dual sport this thing is a huge shock to the system with its obviously vastly different riding position. Not to mention, having about 75 more HP. When I got it had 8400km's on the clock, I ended up putting on over 1000 km's within the first 4-5 days of owning it. Shortly after I got it, Couple days later went on an amazing ride to the rocky mountains. A friend with a 675 joined me on the ride Love the roads over there... I will definitely be heading over there as much as possible.
Congratulations on your new wheels - very sweet. Must feel like a huge change after a DR. Living in London I really envy you those roads. Good to see you're wasting no time in putting some miles on her
Sadly that will have probably end up being the last opportunity to ride out there for a long time. With winter being just around the corner n all. I hear it's already snowing out there pretty good. Hopefully winter will be good this year... Last winter I got over 5000km's logged on my (sold awhile ago) ZZR-250.
Lovely bike and beautiful setting! I'm sure you'll have a great time riding the wheels off of that Triumph. Cool bike!
