Well i was at work today talking to some friend about some F1 tracks, and i came up with the idea of a track that features parts of other tracks, dumb idea I guess. But when i got home i began to work on this, using some track maps and microsoft paint, this is what i came up with, what u think? I think it may be impossible though, especially building an exact replica of Eau Rouge. But just an idea.

Try to see which track is where on this one.

Nice, looks good, i see where you put the tracks which is clever.

Interest concept, I think if i ever designed a track i'd have it more technical like Monaco then longer straight sections.

 Nice idea... 👍 I take it that is Turn 8 from Turkey as well? (or 'Raikkonen' as it has been duly named by people here at GTP)...

Ascari have done this, and it looks awesome: http://www.ascari.net/subsecciones.php?idioma=2&&seccion=15&&subseccion=5

When I get rich, I'm going to join the Ascari Resort.
 Can I come with you? Looks a damn sight sexier than 'Surbiton Raceway' where I went karting on my mate's stag-day earlier in the year! :sly:

wasnt that on 5th gear? i think so...

i like the track in the first post.

not bad?

what grandprix would you imagine it to be? i mean what country

I would guess The U.S, since I live here and it would be nice to have one near by here in Los Angeles, although I doubt it. But anywhere would be ok.

The Paul Ricard Circuit has a few possible combinations.... about 6 if i remember rightly. Don't the F1 teams do a lot of testing there?

Yep Wurz had a 210mph crash there last season.

210? What corner? I know the trak pretty well, but i cant think of any corners that you come up to at 200 MPH.

Probably after the freaking long straight. Mosley would be putting chicanes all over it.

IIRC there is a chicane on that straight.
