my pc freeze help

when i play NFS most wanted, sometimes it freeze, i can still hear the car the music etc, the screen freeze but the game continue. i tried to go on the '' delete '' mode, but i cant click on anything, also my screen is black when i go to the desktop, u just see my botom app, like itunes, firefox, etc. but i cant click on anything so i have the reset my pc, why that happen ?
 
Can be the sign of a dying power supply at the very worst. It could be freezing if you never cleaned your computer of dust and it's overheating.

i bought my pc 2 months ago, its the only game i have problem with and i run bf3, arma 3, skyrim with max graphics etc
 
That should run just about everything you throw at it so you're not under powered.

If all other games run fine it could be a bad install. Try repairing the installation if you have the option. If not, reinstall it.

Are your graphics drivers up to date?

i tried it, it says that evertything is fine. how do i know if my graphics driver is up to date ?
 
On the page you linked to I found this:
"I think I've found the problem. For people buying this computer, do not update the video card driver to 320.18. I exchanged one that was freezing with a new one. For over 24 hours, it never froze. Then I updated 320.18 driver, the computer started freezing again."

So, it looks like you're not the only one experiencing freezes. Though, I don't know if it helps you in any way.
 
If you have the 320.18 driver then uninstall the driver and downgrade to a older version without the glitch. You can check for this in the Nvidia software(Should tell when you click "Help" and select "System Information" from the drop down menu).

my pc only freeze when i play nfs, if the problem was the upgrade my pc would freeze at any time right ?
 
check if you have heat issues with gpu-z run it in the background and run nfs in a window see if it gets the video card too hot i had issues with my old 275gtx when it reached 80 deg nvidia control panel stops working and have to reboot. installed evga precision tool and had the fan go up when the heat went up keeped everything below 70 c and had no more problems. also asus OSD overlay creates problems with some games so uninstall that ****.
