My PC Wont Save Anything

So a While Ago i started getting these little blue popups saying something like:
"Windows Was unable to save all the data for "......." The Data has been lost. This may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection"

Then i scaned my pc with AVG and within 30 seconds all these came up

Does anyone know what could be wrong with my pc? or how to fix it at all?
Any help would be appreciated!
 
oh boy.

looks like it's too late. looks you have XP/vista equiv of the Blue Screen of Death. let's hope there's a pro around. you might be virused to death.

oh, hope you had a spyware scanner, too.
 
I Did have a spyware scanner, my pc was completly virus/Spyware free!
What could have brought this on?
And if i did get a pro, what would i have to do to fix it all?
 
Well the last option would to wipe the HDD(save the files you need) and reinstall windows.

I have heard Avira antivir - Free antivirus 8 is real good scanner for windows(download at www.download.com ).
