My phone's being a thick ass.

Ok, I have moto q9 and when I plug it into my laptop, it works fine using microsoft active sync I think, but I have it installed on my desktop, and then I plug my phone in, it connects but I cant see anything. In active sync it wont connect. so I go into device manager and it has a yellow "!" beside it and says it cant start. Can someone help me?
 
That ! probably means that it needs a driver.

I ment to say thick but my fingers are retarded. So it came out think and i never figured out how to fix it
 
Just go to your first post of this thread and go to edit then change the title text. That's the thread title. It's just above the body text box and just below the Reason for Editing box.
