Yeah if rockstar ever reinstate and/or rehire and hire people for the studio that developed games for the MC series (rockstar San Diego)

I don't think there ever will be another Midnight Club, and I'm positive there won't be one this console generation. Rockstar's next big release is RDR2, so even if their next game afterward is MC5, it most likely won't release on current consoles, or if it does it'll be around the same time as the next gen of consoles release (much like GTAV) but even that's unlikely.

As for what I think it would be like if they made a new one, I think they'd go for a city they haven't used in Midnight Club before, or one that isn't overused in most other racing games, but I do think it would just be one big city and it's surrounding areas.

As for cars, I think it'll be a small car list but with a good variety of cars, all of which would be fully customizable

For handling, I imagine something derived from GTAV's handling model, tweaked to be a little more realistic, and allow for easier drifting (but not to the level of NFS).

For police there could be 6 levels of heat, similar to GTAV and older NFS games.

Heat 1: Crown Victoria patrol vehicles. Police just chase without doing much to actually stop you.

Heat 2: Crown Victoria patrol vehicles. Police set up basic roadblocks and start executing PIT maneuvers.

Heat 3: Charger SRT Highway Patrol vehicles. Police use advanced roadblocks and become more aggressive

Heat 4: Charger SRT Highway Patrol vehicles. Police start using spike strip roadblocks and start deploying air units.

Heat 5: Corvette Stingray Federal Interceptors. Police become much more aggresssive and start using Cadillac Escalade's for roadblocks. Spike strips are more frequent.

Heat 6: Corvette Z06 Federal Interceptors. Police are even more aggressive. Every roadblock now has spike strips.

Note: For spike strips, having one of the front tyres busted has a huge affect on steering while having a drive wheel busted limits the amount of power the car can put down to the road (10% per tyre for 4WD and 20% per tyre for 2WD)

I agree mostly with Jason, MC5, if at all will not be this console generation, sadly. But we do have a few racing games coming out that could fill the gap in the meantime.

Woahhh, this was like a long time ago, Right now my predictions no longer hold true, but as for the "S18 Error", that was a typo on my end, i meant the Silvia S14, from the Original Los Angeles Game, might Re-type a new version of my predictions sometime tonight, I'm Back tho!
