My PS4 got banned?

Hi all,
I have been using my Psn account since 2013. A month ago, I couldn't sign into my Psn I and figured that someone had messed with my login details. I changed my password and was able to login.

Since two days I can't access Ps store or YouTube or online gaming on my PS4 but I can access Netflix and watch films on it and my games are updated whenever there's a new update. Also if I try to access my Psn account from my laptop using wifi it says "access denied" but if I use 4G on my phone I can log into my account, so I guess my ip has been banned. But is my console banned too? Is there any way to unban it if it has been banned?

I'm very confused as I have not done anything illegal on my ps4.

I would contact sony for your region and see if it is banned and if so explain your situation.
Sony would have logs of where your PSN account was signed in from and they would be able to see if someone signed in from another location.

But I dont think your PS4 has been banned as they would only ban the console if they detected something to warrant that console being banned.

Like cheating, being rude online, ect

Have you received any messages/emails to say that you've been banned or suspended? Or even any error codes?

Since you can use your phone to log in maybe there's a problem with your internet provider that's stopping access on your other devices for some reason. Have you tried turning your router off & on to see if that helps?

There was also a updated terms of agreement that you had to agree to a little while back - probably not that but I thought I'd mention it.

And thinking about it PSN has been a little bit slow and troublesome for me over the last few days. Still managed to log in though.
