1. Buy the '95 Suzuki Cappuccino
2. Buy racing hard tires
3. Go to GT Auto and do racing modifications
4. Enter these settings:
height: -10, -10
springs: 13.3, 11.8
dampers: 9, 9, 9, 9
anti-roll: 1, 1
camber: 1, 1
toe: 0, 0.2
downforce: 15, 23
5. Congratulations your Cappuccino is now an F1 car.
 
Why go with hard tires as opposed to soft? Does this have all the other available upgrades? I love the look of the RM'd Cappuccino.

Even with racing hard tires you never lose traction. Softs are overkill for such a lightweight car with a weak motor.

Mine has all other available upgrades.
