Well, i need some useful advice on this, since im stuck on what to do.

I have 356,387 cr and i dont know what to get, or upgrades to get. Im all for anything you suggest EXCEPT for a tuscan TVR.

I hope i wont get moddded, because im not sure if this is the right forum or not, and dont know what to search for, thanks in advance.

First, tell us where you are in the game and what you have left to do. You could spend all that money on one car or you could break it up and spread it around.

What are your current best cars? Where are you in the game?

[edit] Out of curiousity, what's wrong with the Tuscan? It's one of the most fun to drive FR street cars unless you have it at full HP. Then it gets a little hairy. [/edit]
 
Ok, i have NO cars :). well, ive completed 17.5 percent of the game, completed one endurance race, have all licenses except for the super license. hope it clears some thing up.
 
So you sold all your cars? OK, here's what I would do. Buy an Ruf RGT, change the oil before you drive it, and put on T2 tires (Super Slicks). Then I would buy an Ruf 3400S and do the same. Then I would buy a Mitsu Evo VI RS (the one that only comes in white), do the same again. Then go to town. Those three cars will cover a lot of the middle portions of the game.

Put on full-race suspensions as you can afford them, then full-race transmissions, but no more than Stage 1 power upgrades. Have fun!

And stop selling all your cars! Variety is what keeps this game interesting. And pretty soon,money will stop being such a problem.

[edit] Also, check out the Read This: threads at the top of this board. In the "Look Here" thread, there is a Prize car guide that shows you what to win, where. Do a search for "save and reload" to see a way you can get the prizes you want. [/edit]
 
also remember some cars that you sell you can not buy back. If they were obtained by winning races.

DO NOT SELL THE TRUENO S.S FOR THE 125,000. YOU CANT WIN IT BACK.

DO NOT SELL THE CELICA RALLY CAR JUST FOR THE 75,000 YOU CAN NOT WIN IT BACK.

DO NOT SELL THE NISMO 400R FOR 30 ODD THOUSAND YOU CAN NOT WIN IT BACK

i think that basicly covers the best cars you cant win back.... well they are what came to mind..because during my first game when i felt i needed cash..i sold all those cars :( but i started again and it all good now :p

y the time your winning the vanquish and those other rare cars...you shouldnt feel a need to sell it.

That's an important one, I wish I knew that before I started selling some of my less used cars...

But a good suggestion for what to buy is to get a Viper, modify it for top speed and enter the Like the Wind race in pro league (note: you need an S license for this race). If you win the race, you walk away with 10,000cr and a shiny new 787b which will be able to carry you through almost every race in the game that it can enter.

*edit* I'm 99% sure that if you for some reason sell the 787b, you can't win it back
 
im 100 % sure if you sell both the possible 787B's that you can win you will never get them back. You could do what Evo said, making the game very easy for you. It depends if your looking for a challange or to whoop ass in the game.
 
Don't jump right for screaming fast race cars like F1s and the 787B. Beating the competition in 95% of the races with those cars is no fun!

Plus you will not learn to drive well if you just use horsepower to beat everything. Take your time and play for the competition, not for the magic 100%.
 
The reason I got the 787b was to gain more experience driving high powered cars, something I was not great at before, but now I'm able to get out of the corners much more smoothly in high powered cars since I've put lots of mileage on my F090 and 787b.
 
ok, well now ive got 1,500,000 and a f1 car which i won from an enduro, an esperante from the seattle enduro, and a TVR tuscan, which is the best car for 1,000,000?

Don't even think about paying a mil for a car! Go win 'em, using the cars you just acquired.

But if money is burning a hole in your memory card, that RGT can be made scary fast for about 350,000. Like, 4-5 seconds faster than the Denso Supra license test around Apricot Hill.
 
Welcome. You can win the 787b again. Because I've got 2.
 
You win one 787B in Like The Wind. You win another for 75% completion, so yes, you get 2. However, if you happen to sell both of them, somehow, you will never win them back in that game save.

Why not the Tuscan? It's a fantastic car.
 
I recommend the Pagani Zonda S. It's a great car and you'll still have a little money left over for modifications. If you don't like that then I recommend the good old Dodge Viper GTS.
 
I would say get the tuscan, it is a very good car as long as you don't over tune it...if you choose to tune it to the max please spend some time changing the settings around and wht not. You will need a tuscan for the Tuscan Cup any way.
 
I've always had trouble with the Tuscan. I think it's because of to much power. What would be a good HP setting for the Tuscan?

For me somehwere between 450 - 500 would be good on this car. i know it goes up to 650 around but thats way to much power for this car.
