Okey, I know alot of people have been moaning about update but really my case is unique 
let me explain I found great page http://www.gran-turismo.com/support/en/check/ here they explain that router has to be in PPPoE mode, I called my ISP to ask how to configure into PPPoE there answer was no, they don`t support this mode, my router is configured in PPPoA and it is the only way, so whats the sollution? I don`t know since nor digital polyphony nor sony have support line, I will be opening annoying topics like this so maybe someone will notice
