Hello people

Since it's snowy and cold outside, I decided to play around with a bit of drifting...so here's my very first attempt at drifting...and me playing around with video editing...

Note to Readers/Viewers: Go easy on me, it's me first time trying to drift. :)

The short movie can be found HERE

Very nice for your first time. The editing was great, and I'm glad to see someone else here, who likes Metal. Now all you need to do, is study some drift techniques (ie, Shift lock, power over, feint, etc...). In no time, you will be ripping it up, with the best of us.... Keep up the practice, and keep us posted..........

;)

i agree with SD, try to drift a FR but what do i know im just a awd drifter

I used Sims on it :D

The thing is that I need to get my setup straight as well, since I think the S2000 was stock when I did this little number.

Thanks for your support, and yes...chapter two will arrive when I've evolved. ;)

Very nice job for a first time drift man! Lets see how you develop aswell. Sooo. Keep em coming. :D

/Eddie.

hehe, I might change the car into something nicer than the S2000. Don't get me wrong, it's a really nice machine.

But...I've always fancied the Trueno ;)

u want a drift challange particle drift a ae86 not tha trueno but one u buy on sims with everything.....some reason 2 me it doesnt feel right but it drifts well but it has to much body roll but try it i want 2 see how u do at it

I can see an improvement. Very good indeed. Now, you just need to work up to faster entries, and bigger angles. Keep practicing, and keep us posted........

Not very long, nightkids4ever. I started somewhat this friday, but it wasn't until monday I really sat down and started reading the theory of drifting and experimenting.

This forum has given me lots of info, so that made things easier for me.

Shadowdrifter's drift bible gave me some extra pointers on how a car should react in corners, and I set up the car accordingly. :)

But I have, in my own opinion, a far way to go before I can start pulling off those massive drifts the masters in here does ;)

Well, it's about time someone comes along who cares about theory, and technique.............. I'm glad to see someone do the research to get better. I hope to see more vids from ya........
