I won this in the professonal Dream Car Championship. Its awesome lookin, and is good at all category except turning (which it can turn if its life depended on it). Ive tried tuning the settings but it doesnt seem to help. Does anyone have any advice for me.

Buy new shocks, change the chamber angles and the anit-rollbar

The Viper should be very good at turning if you have tuned it right
I'm driving a Viper GTS with 1057 bhp

I hope this solved some problems

change the brake setting so the front brakes are a lower number than the back brakes it helps alot and buy super soft tires....i did it with a different car and it working so much better(thanx to josh)

Why in the world would you want your rear brakes more powerfull than the front? Most production cars have stronger front brakes than the rear, it just makes too much friggin sense. I always set the front at about 18 and the rear at about 12. This helps when braking in the middle of a turn.

I think most production cars have front brake bias to promote understeer when uneducated drivers stomp on the brakes in an emergency. Understeer isn't a good thing (loss of handling) but is safer than car swapping ends and spinning. With rear brake bias, this spin-out (oversteer) condition can be controlled and used to increase turnability. Is turnability a word? :)
