Be challenge the milestone of gt5 " Le Mans 24h "
Enjoy the weather effect and night racing difficulty " never try you never know "
Here's my way to do and some data might help you

Winner info :
___________ Model = X1 vettle
___________ AVG lap time = 2:23 / lap (day/clear) , 2:35/lap (night/rain) , 1:8 / Pitstop
___________ Completed laps = 374 laps

Second palce info:
___________ Model = Audi R8 race car '01
___________ AVG lap time = 3.95/lap
___________ Completed laps = 364 laps

Racing date:
___________ > Saturday ~ Sunday
Racing schedule:
___________ > Date1: 10:00 ~ 12:00. day / clear ,break ,13:00~15:00 . day / clear ,break, 15:30~17:30 . night / shower,break, 19:30~21:30 night /heavy shower, 22:00 ,Game suspended
_ _________ > Date2: 10:00 ~ 12:00. night /heavy shower,break, 13:00~15:00. day /heavy shower,break, 15:30~17:30.day / clear ,break, 20:30~22:00.day / clear, 22:00 Game completed

Why ? using X1
* Quick avg lap time = minimize the actual play time *
According my LM 24h experienced could save about 6~7 hrs for break

It's le mans.
Not Lea mans.
Don't let spell check fool you. :)

thanks for the info my friend.
this answered my question why I always see your GT5 online like 24hrs this few days.
hard work pay off and help others with the experience you gain. great!

How is this challenging Le Mans? It's just walking all over it with the X2010?

The fuuuuuu'-?

You're not challenging anything...

I have to disagree with how you challenged the 24h Le Mans. I was expecting more of a "I tuned my (insert car name here) and drove my ass off for 24h and won by 45 seconds" kind of story. I'm glad you completed the race, which is no small feat regardless if you parked the car for 7 hours or not, but I want to hear about someone who actually drove for 24hours in a competitive car to the ai.

I too have a life, and after doing the 9 hr Sukuba in about 12 hours (it was quite meditative) I'm considering doing the Le Mans this way. One question....isn't it possible to tune the suspension of the Vettel to make the ride a little less jumpy? I think I'll have an epileptic fit if I have to stare at that jumpy screen for several hours. I tried softening it up but I really have no experience tuning suspensions. I tried strong active streering which gave me a lateral jumpiness about the same as the vertical jumpiness from the uneven track....quite disconcerting....especially as reality seemed quite jumpy after only 15 minutes driving...my wife seemed to be moving jerkily around in front of me when I looked at her and I can assure you she was standing still!

If you are open to the meditative aspect of such a race, just do it with some LMP car. The victory will be sure enough and the drive is much more enjoyable.

I don't think you can get the X2010 to ride really smooth. The car does everything through aero and not suspension.

another way to do it without parking your car. i had a buddy drive for 10 hours and i drove for 14 hours in the gt one

The more I think about it, the more I agree with you, but the problem with the Le Mans is that you really have to drive continuously well for the entire race. The Tsukuba 9 hrs I did in a Mines slightly better tuned than the AI one so I ended up 15 laps in front after 540 laps. I don't know if i'm good enough to beat the LMP's :dunce:

I believed you are qualify to do LM 24h
Because it is easier than Tusuka 9h race / tiny circuit make me feel dizzy /

I got jumpy problem initially even let me feel pain
Reduce jumpy problem ,there's some tip might help
A.Don't hold too tight to steering wheel / hold too tight means takes more strength to anti it and soon arm will feel pain /
B.Below is some modify data might help
Racing tire > Front : Soft Rear : medium
Down force > Front : 105 Rear : 130
Anti-Roll Bars > Front : 6 Rear: 6
" 100 liter fuel only run 8 laps "
All the best!👍
