first up is (in my opinion) one of the best looking cars in the game, the alfa romeo brera, this sexy italian hatch looks hot from every angle.

and now one of my most frequently used machines, the lamborghini gallardo. i enjoy driving this so much it's just ticked over it's 8,000th kilometer!

introducing my pride and joy in real life, (sans the turbo and mags), the beautiful '62 vw sambabus, or kombi van if you're like us in nz. multiple winner of the grand valley 300, it combines iconic hippie style with big racing balls.

unlike many lexus models, you definitely can't say the is f concept is just a fancy toyota, with over 750bhp and tuning by avid racing factory, it dominates both the german dtm series and the japanese super gt championship.

my favourite iteration of the mitsi evolution after the phat evo5, the tommi makinen edition evolution 6 is the road race cousin of the japanese purebred rally car, with the power and handling to back up it's imposing attitude. you can keep your subaru, thankyou very much.

it is a damn shame the xj13 race car never made it to the track in its day, it has to be the most beautifully styled racing car in history, and running it out on nurburgring with today's machines it still holds its own like a teenage boy.

Lol well now I do see stuff I can actually say they do look good. I found the brera cool in real life, but not cool in the game. Pd just didn't capture it as nice as it truly is. Luckily I think your pics make it look as cool as it should. What you might want to try that I thought would be interesting is the shot of the brera with the plane behind it. Try the same thing only lower the camera down just right so it's covering the front of the plane and makes the car look like it has wings. Also the jag shots look so amazing. I love that car with its mechanical and smoothness feel.

thanks for the praise mate, only seen the brera on top gear outside of gt5, although i know what you mean, they totally fluffed the look of the 90s gto's i feel.. will have a go at the plane shot again, like your idea.. thanks again for the input, stay tuned for more oldschool =)


edit: had a go at the brera/plane shot, added them in.. it's a bit low to hide the cockpit tho', using a taller vehicle would work well, a chrome kombi perhaps.. hmmm..

for me as a young lad growing up there was one dream car alone which stood above all the delorean time machines, trans am kitt cars and hot rod transformers that obssessed my friends, and that was the lamborghini countach. by its starfighter looks and wicked speed i was hooked the first time i saw it in the hilariously cheesey film, the cannonball run (now i feel old..) it is a bloody waste it isn't premium.
