Nürburgring 4hr layout?

So, I just got silver on the AMG driving academy special event and it informs me that I've unlocked the Nürburgring 4hr layout for use in practice and arcade mode. But when I went to look for it, I didn't see any track called "Nürburgring 4hrs" or anything like that. Is it related to the fact that I had the Nordschleife unlocked before I did this event?
 
When the game originally came out (spec 1) you had to do the AMG event to unlock the Type V for practice & arcade, but after an update you no longer need to unlock it. I suspect this is the reason you got that message.

If I recall correctly, when I got all golds it said I unlocked the 24hr course and I found a non-weather/time version of it that I swear wasn't there before. If so, that's the only track that I ever actually unlocked. Everything else came on day one.

But it was probably always there and I never saw it despite selecting the weather/time version a hundred thousand times or so.
