1'24:1xx All Motor @ 283hp (even with obvious mess ups)
1'24:4xx All Motor @ 277hp

Consistent 1'24:xxx

Please post your fastest times. I am just curious as to where I stand compared to other people. I almost went into the 1'23:xxx's even with a few mess ups. Before I combined my friend's driving style to mine I was hitting 1'25s all the time, but I still did the 1'24:4xx All Motor @277hp with my original lines.

One, this is in the wrong place... I'll ask a mod to move it or something...

With AE86?? THe S.S. Edition or the normal one? Once I know that, I can start running times... are you using the standard tires?? I use T2 slicks... hrm...

ss, whatever the stickiest tires are. the 1'24:4 was with understeer setting.

i don't know where to post this, i just registered today

Ahh, typically this would go over in the Online racing area, under the lap times and what not. I asked a mod to move it, so it will likely be over looked.

I just did a few runs, all mods except brake balancer and Weight reduction 3, with T2 tires (the cheapest race tires) at about 1'30... I'll see what happens when I strap on the super softs.

i can suprisingly do consistent 1'25s rev limiting myself at 9k rpms

I wasn't rev limiting... but I don't have weight reduction 3 still (I'm cheap, I'm not gonna keep the T8 tires either)

But I can consistently put down low 1'25s and my best was 1'24.796

Thats a clean run, which is what everyone uses for this kinda stuff. Clean run = two tires on the track at all times, no wall riding, and all that stuff...

This sounds interesting to me :trouble:

I'm gonna assume full modifications (suspension, weight reduction, etc), except no turbo. And T8 tires. Is that right?

I'll see if I can give it a few laps tonight :)

Only had about half an hour this morning before work:

1'24.511 @283hp, in the Trueno SS

I'd guess there's another .5 in it for me, with some more time.

@G2 LS-Vtec, I'd say your time is pretty competitive. If you haven't already, you should check out the Weekly Race Series, I think you'd do well :)

Here's the Registration Thread .

Holy.. I'm division two... and I was only about 3 tenths behind ya there Luxy...

The Evo is not my car, but thats the test they have :P Stupid Evo.

Yeah... running 1'24.xxx is very nice indeed...

1:24:555 for me so far, id say if you can run in the 1:24:xxx youd be in Div 2 at least for the WRS

Dam car keeps understeering, who would have thought, im having trouble getting a AE86 to oversteer 💡

best of 1.23.8xx
consistent low 24s tho.
a bit tricky to ride the car on the edge of chaos without losing it

acs and tsm off of course. suspension like a rock, camber 3f / 2r, rear toe -0.5 and stab bars 6f / 7r. quick gearing to top out around 140 in 6th. adjusted 3rd to be extra long, and 4th to keep it too short. youll prob only use 2nd gear once, maybe twice.
diff: 60/60/10
oh yeah, and Volk TE37 4 lug in white :sly:

1:24:2xx now.
btw are you allowed to cut the last chicane?? or do you have to keep 2 tires on the track at all times etc

Touge Master
I keep two tires on the track at all times I don't think you can cut straight through.

ditto

only corner i find hard is the S turn after the sharp right hander after the first tunnel. car understeers if the line isnt right and riding the bumps on the inside gives unstable over :scared:

oh yeah, i also noticed my friends dual shock 2 felt weird. turns out at some point, sony made a 2nd gen ds2 (cheap version for lack of a better word). plastic isnt sparkling or anything at all. my ds2 is from the gt3 race pak and its more pressure senstitive then the new ds2. new ones requires more input and lacks light modulation. my times were about 3-4 tenths slower. anybody know what im talking about?
