i beat that laguna seca NA tuned cars race with a 205 hp car. it had to be fully tuned, but i won anyway and the prize money is well worth it.
 
the gt40 is a racing legend if you can't win it in one of those then you should just try again and again untill you get it that's what I did now I just have some delership races left in the west city before I beat the game for the second time.:)
