Name change /already posted multiple tickets

Hey yeah as stated in the title I was after a user name change, Jordan told me I needed to be premium so I did that.
then over the next few days submitted tickets to Jordan asking for my name change to no avail..
So.. Can any mods here help me get my change through please?
