The first one is from a different movie.
Any guesses? Might be obscure if you aren't into the genre.
 
He's right the first one is in The Rock. I watched it twice just this past weekend. It may also be in another but he's right about it being in The Rock. I don't know how you can quote from The Rock without mentioning one of the best movie quotes ever (IMO): "I'd take pleasure in gutting you, BOY."
That's just seconds before the violent tendencies movie. I really like this movie, can you tell? I've seen it like 10 times.
 
Think more sci-fi for the "violent tendencies" quote.

This is a wild guess but could it be the Fifth Element? I have no clue what it is otherwise.

I was thinking one of the Star Trek movies(I don't know which one though), but that is just a wild guess.
 
Hmm you may be on to something Mark2080... Is it Star Trek: First Contact if it isn't Fifth Element? Now that I think about it it sounds like Data says that in ST:FC.

It is one of the Star Trek movies.
It's from "Insurrection". It is a statement made by Worf after he shoots several flying laser-thingies down then gives one a beat-down with the empty laser rifle.

Yeah I remember that now. I don't know why i thought First Contact for some reason.
