It's not based on Lada Samara, it's an entirely different car.
The base was ZAZ Tavria, but there's not much left from that, too.

Unfortunately, this car did not survive, it was scrapped somewhen in the '90s. So it'll be veery difficult to remake it in a game.

Can you correct the title? It's "Apelsin" and I almost posted a dupe. I know Wikipedia says "Appelsin" but it's "Апельсин" ("Apelsin") in all the the Russian sources I found
