Nascar online lobby problems

Hi 2 everybody,

Yesterday I created an online lobby for playing some nascar races but I found some problems and I would like to ask you if you know if this is because a connectivity problem or if it is a bug on the game.

The problems starts as follows: I launch the race and when the race starts then suddenly out of the blue everybody cannot change gears, then I realized that if in that moment I press the pause bottom and return to the game then I can change my gears and the same happened to the other races.

However I don´t think this is not the solution for the races, right !!!!! Just for the records the same happened to me when I joined another Lobby, they also had the same problem.

Fyi my bandwith connectivity is High at least this is what it is said at the time I set the Lobby configuration.

Anyway I will thank your comments on this.

Rolling starts were broken during the last update. This happens for Daytona and Indy races with rolling starts. Pressing pause twice is the current workaround until this is patched. Or you can use grid starts, if you don't want to have to keep telling people to hit "pause, pause" before each race. ;)

On the Logitech wheel, which is the pause button? I have never used this feature. I have had people cuss at me on mic telling me to do this but, until I know which button they are speaking of, all I can do is roll into the grass and quit. At what time must the button be hit twice. Some have said during the countdown and others have said while on track during the 3-2-1-Start countdown. I am trying to be patient and clear this up before I reenter a Nascar event.

You can do it during the countdown, as most do, but it can still be done after the race starts, if you forget. Although, you may fall too far behind if you wait too long. ;)

And yes, it is the START button. Since it pauses the game, sometimes it's easier to say pause for quick understanding.
 
I wish I had read this thread before. I have just caused a pile up on the startline at Daytona due to this bug and I feel about 6 inches tall to be honest!
