nascar online problems

Hello, did annyone notice that when u play nascar online at the start the roling starts are one big mess cars are all over the place. After a pitstop your back tires make a strange noise and got a higer tire weare than the front before the stop this was the other way around. Also after your stop the gear box settings change and the top speed op your car goes down. If u had the same or more problems please respond also if u got a way how to fix this.
 
You can't fix it, only PD can.

I also don't think the gear ratios change, cars simply tend to drive slower with worse tyres.

The gear ratio do change because normaly i could do 330 KPH till i go in to the red and after pitstop i can only do 320 KPH till i go to red
