Ok i saw different setup on this forum for speed but not a lot for endurance and good tire wear..

I have pretty good setups... i can do 14-15 laps on soft and 30-31 on hard...

But i need a better setup, today during a 21 laps races i saw a guy who did 21 laps on soft tires without pitting... he was runnin slower for the last 5 laps but finished in 1st with 16 seconds in front of me, i was on a fast car setup and pit once, i recorded the race and the guy who won the race is burning his tire faster than me but he can handle is car in the corner with 3 blew tires..? how can he do that,?, only the front left tire was good, when i had only a quarter and a bit under on my tire i have to go pit , if not i lost control..

As long as all 4 tires wear evenly, or at least close, you can run infinite laps on "rims". But you can only run so fast doing it, and it's only time-effective for certain lap counts. 21 is one of them, which is why people are quickly using a mandatory pit stop rule.

So, without giving you the actual setup, the key is just to get all 4 to wear evenly.

Hey Math, With a wheel and a good setup, people are able to do that even if all 4 tires are 100% degraded (4 black squares) I can't do it as I use a DS3. I've seen people do it though.
Its a bad idea though because you go much slower. 14-15 laps is a good setup for pack driving, I sometimes can push it to 16 in a draft but its tough.

I have a steering wheel and i'm not able to do it... but a friend send me a setup today so i will try it... he told me to don't go over 292-295 kmh in the corner for the final 5 laps and i will be ok... can't wait to try it ...but i played at the Academy tonight instead of doing Nascar..

lol, I was doing this "rim driving" way before the Spec 2 update. I once did 57 laps on a set of racing soft tires. The last 3 of those laps were run totally on the rims, lol. I won alot of NASCAR enduro races doing that.

Hey cool RedPartyhat i already played with you in a Nascar room..

josee32 gave me the setup , i tried it and it works perfectly i can now run infinite laps lolll

Really? It has come to running on rims for Nascar. Play the game the way it was meant to be played.Running on rims, wow there is some real fun now.

Yeah around 45-46 seconds per lap, first 18 laps are ''normal lap time'' .... this is a good advantage on 18 to 25 laps race when everybody have to start on soft you don't pit and win by 20 seconds... more there is lap they finished closer.... yeah i agree this should not be possible to do..
