nascar setup help for these tracks

does anybody have a setup for this type of tracks having a hard time playing with players that can overlap me every time im a good drive and i have a steering wheel but not really professional with setup when it comes to different can i get anyone NASCAR driver that play this game can give me setup with a track you think that can dominate i already have the Daytona one but not these one im trying to give
