I started a thread reference this before but it was closed with links to NASCAR races. I need some advice for the last NASCAR special event. In the last special event you can not adjust anything in the car. It starts me out in the pits and I am able to pop out into 4th or 5th which is good for a bronze. Problem is I can draft enough to gain 3rd but by then 1st and 2nd are so far ahead it is impossible to draft them to catch up. Need advice?
 
turn ABS off. this will disable ASM (which is stuck on) this will give you more speed in the corners and you should be able to win.

I remember winning Daytona first time round with the above, and Indy took me a few goes because I kept hitting the AI lol.

Ahhhhh. That makes sense.
 
As Hig-GT states turn the aids off and you should do it first attempt or there abouts.

Yeah, it never dawned on me about the ABS. Out of habit I left it at 1. All the other aids are blanked out except transmission. Ill try it tonight.
 
All assists off... even if you think they can't possibly interfere. They do.

Agree with the tips, make sure ABS is off. Makes the challenges extremely easy.
 
Is it just me, or is the lowest ABS can go = 1?
