nascar tournament...need help

I've been driving with my b-spec Bob in the Nascar Tournament in the extreme class. However, my bob is really slow in the Nascar and I've tried to win the races 5 times without any luck.

Can anyone give some tips on how to direct Bob or give some tuning setups for the car so that he wins?

GT5 B-Spec Forum and GT5 Tuning Forum are good places to search.

Although you can win just by maxing out the downforce and changing the gears depending on the track, just make sure you keep him calm, otherwise he'll destroy the tyres, especially at Grand Valley.

Max out the downforce except at the Daytona oval, set the tranny to 300 kmh on road courses, 350 at Indy and the Daytona Oval

Don't adjust anything except downforce and transmission. Downforce max everywhere except Daytona, do some test runs yourself before hand and use the shortest gearing you can (whilst still leaving some extra speed for drafting) for Daytona, just let Bob run the car as standard and he should win.
