I had originally intended this competition to work in the same way that YSSMAN's national car threads work (i.e. one period of time for nominations, one period for initial voting then the last period for final voting which contains only the most popular nominations from the second voting). However, there hasn't been as much interest in this competition as there is in YSSMAN's, so I'm just going to cut out the middle sector and make this the final voting.

So, pick your favourite English racing driver, please. I'm voting for Stirling Moss again.

Moss.

I have always been impressed by Damon Hill... he gets my vote

Got to go for Moss myself.

Scaff

Marshall - twice the man of anyone else ;)

Well, I was origionally going to go with Derek Bell, as he is the driver that I knew the best... But Stirling Moss certainly is a legend in my mind as well. After reading up on the subject, I completely agree.

But overall, I'm more of a Jackie Stewart kind of guy...

BTW: I'm happy to see that the format has spun-off another variant!

Derek Bell for me..... man did awsome things in those works 956's (Incar 956)

You'll be able to vote for him in the Scottish thread.

One vote for James Hunt? I knew he wasn't in good favor with some people but the man could make a racecar do what he wanted it to do... at the highest level of open wheel motorsport, and he, I don't know, saved a life?! A refreshing anti-Formula 1, Formula 1 driver.
