Some yesterday the NBA officially kicked off the 26-27 season with a triple header. In the 1st game the Detroit Pistons overcame a 22 pt lead to beat the Boston Celtics 121-113
In the main event the defending Champions the New York Knicks had a banner ceremony ( the 1st one in 53 years) but lost to media's favorite to win it all this year Philadelphia 76ers 106-100. In the night cap we had a rematch between the Western Conference finals last year the Oklahoma City Thunder bested the San Antonio Spurs 116-104.
There are eight scheduled for today. This should be an interesting season.
