I have probably spent around 10 hours trying to find a setup but no matter what I do I can't get it dialed in. The back end is to snappy or the car just spins out. Will take any setups. I care more about angle than speed. Use a g27 and have 652 hp.

I don't see setups for a G27, most of the drifters I know came up with they're own settings and it took a while because it's a powerful car and full throttle sometimes is too much, and that's one of the reasons why some car tunes aren't shared.

LSD is more important than suspension in my opinion, and I think you must keep the LSD a bit low, but not too low

More angle needs more speed.

You're not always going to find or copy someones tune that they've worked hard on, sometimes you have to be that person with the hard worked-for tune.

Full weight reductions, full engine tuning.
Every power mod, including a supercharger. Brings mine at around 550 HP.

LSD: 5 initial torque, 60 accel, 60 decel, which ALL your cars should be at when drifting.
Full Clutch installation :)
Top speed at 340 kmh. (220 mph)

Susp:
Ride heigth: -25F -25R Camber: 1.6F 0.4R
Springs: 11.0F 14.0R Toe: 0.30F 0.05R
Dampers Rxt: 4F 8R
Dampers Comp: same as Ext.
Anti Roll bars: 3F 6R

Comfort hard tires ofcourse, and make sure you use realism settings on your wheel with 8 to 10 Force Feedback.

I had the same problem with my mustang, add a wing and add downforce to it. By adding downforce the back end wont slide as much, giving you a bit more control over the car.

Trying to stay away from wings makes the car look ugly
