What till PSN is live everywhere to do a trade with someone for a Level 24 ticket. They are hard to get hold of so you need to put up a good offer. Then when you get hold of it, 'farm' the ticket to give you a Ferrari (you only get an FGT or one of the Ferrari F1's from a Level 24). Or you could save up the 10,000,000cr for an F10.
