need a good DIY for G27

Hello, I have a G27 steering wheel and im looking for a DIY set of instructions to do some of these mods below

1. upside down peddals
2. E-brake
3. Shifter placement( where it sits on a real car)
4. seats (cheap seats anything will do)
5. steering wheel mod (momo and stuff)

Basically like chilli coke's setup....just not as nice (wish it was tho)
if you guys can help me with some links or photos I'd be forever grateful
