I am looking to get into iracing. I’m trying to find starter packs (wheel,gaming computer,monitor) I can’t find anything without being over 5 thousand. I am not much of a make your own guy. If anyone can recommend a package or a shopping list type of what I need, that would be what I am looking for.

What's your budget?
1500 is max. But anything under would be great. I do have a Playseat I used for other racing sims.

To throw a wheel and a monitor on top would be pretty difficult unless the computer was a little under mid spec. Have you looked at buying used computers? I've got a race starting soon, I might be able to get back to you tomorrow
