need advice on 24hr le mans race

Ok guys my first time running the 24hr race ended in total failure at the 21hr mark due to power loss. amd i was doing well, had a 14 1/2 lap lead in my minotla 88-cv. now i have restarted the race, and im at the 20hr mark, this time using my x2010. my question is if i let the race run without moving for more than the time limit, will i still come in 1st?
I have more than enough laps completed. Will the other cars keep running after 24 hr mark till they beat me or not?
 
You have to cross the finish line after the 24 hour mark has passed for the race to finish.
 
got that, but if i go to sleep for 6 or 7 hours, the timer will be on like 27-28 hour mark, will i still win? the computer will do 388 laps in 24hrs. ive done 423
