Alright I plan on buying some PS2 games that I couldn't find at gamestop(Colin McRae 3,Enthusia,Ferrari Challenge, Grand Prix Challenge and Toca 3). However I have never used ebay before. So I have some questions.

1) How do I add money to my PayPal account?

2) If I win does it take it out automatically?

3) What is a good feedback rating?

1)Either from your bank account or you can use a credit card

There's probably more options

2)No, you have to pay "manually"

3)Since you are just starting, you won't have a feedback rating. Feedback can be given after every transaction. There are 3 main ratings: negative, neutral, and positive.


You should also check half.com

When I said feedback I meant for the seller. What is the ideal range for their feedback.

Edit: thanks for telling me about half.com, they appear to be cheaper and I think I will just order from there.
