Well, my brother went out and bought NFS:MW for his GBA, and at first, I was very excited about it, after playing the game on the PC (demo version only). However, when I finally got to play it, it left me VERY dissappointed. First off, the music truly sucked, nothing like what the PC version has, and the graphics were one of the worst things I have ever seen.
I know the GBA doesn't have a good graphics engine, but Mario Kart Super Circuit has much, much better graphics than this game, and that game is way older than this game. The gameplay also sucks. There's about 7 cars, that's it. No 30 some cars in this version. And everything is so friggin' hard to see in the game. All the colors blend in with each other and everything is so damn pixelated. I gave up after about 10 minutes of playing, as i kept crashing into everything.
Brightening up the colors and unpixelating everything would help, but this game is worthless. Maybe that's why it only cost 25 bucks. Stay away from this game. It's hopeless. It's ok that there's a very limited selection of cars, but this version of NFS:MW's biggest downfall is the graphics. Even with the limited capabilities of the GBA, other games have much better textures and graphics, like the Mario games.
I give this game a 2 thumbs down.

i have a demo for the ps2

i think it'll be better with the ps2, ds, pc or something cause i think all the gba games except pokemon are crap

oh and i have the ps2 version of nfs underground 2 and it's great

FWIW, don't buy any racing game for GBA...Nintendo just seems to cram all the cars and music into the little cartridge just to make a few extra bucks. I used to have NFS: Porsche Unleashed and Top Gear Rally for GBA and sold them for the same reason. The graphics bite and the music is even worse. Actually I just remembered...I have Rock 'n' Roll Racing for the GBA (the same game that was out on SNES) and it's actually not bad. If you haven't played it, it's like R.C. Pro Am from the original Nintendo 8-bit (and original Game Boy.)

I was (still am) quite impressed with it. They managed to put out real nice remakes of Mario Brothers 2, 3, and Mario World 1 & 2 (other than vocalizing Mario waaaay too much. Too annoying at times...:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: ) The Metroid games on GBA are pretty nice too. But as far as racing games, stay away from them on the GBA platform. I wouldn't even get racing games when I used to have my DS!! :yuck:
