Need Help A-spec Expert and Extreme Series

I am level 30 and Needing help on the A-spec Expert Series historic racing car cup and in the Sebastian Vettel X challenge

In the historic racing car i have a problem trying to find a car that will win both events easily i have a budget of around 4.5 mill i would be really happy if someone would even loan me a car to use and i will give them it back the next day and trade one of my good cars as a deposit ,the other problem i have is in the Sebastian Vettel X challenge i need some tips on what helped yous pass it for example when to take corners at what speed's etc thanks my PSID is JordanMurphy14

For the Historic Cup, I recomend the RM Camaro ´69. It´s the best and cheapest choice. Or you could try the Corvette Z06 C2.

As for the Vettel challenge, I gave up on those...
