need help finding GPL addon

ok, i would post this in the GPL forum, but i went against it, since no-one ever really posts there.

anyway, can anyone give a link to download the ITV Telecast Soundset? I found out about this and it sounded cool.

if anyone could just give me like a direct .zip file link, that would be grand!
