Somep specific info would me nice. Does it oversteer on throttle? Off throttle? Under braking? In corners? In straights? What tyres? What kind of setup?

well its fully tune racing tyres normal set up not had look at it really but goin in and out of conners everything esle is fine just that really

Have you tweaked the brake balance? Also, for new-ish cars I recommed leaving ABS on 1, and turning the brake balance controller values to 0.

Oversteer in a GTR sounds like something I'd like to come accross. Unless you've adjusted torque balance (not sure if you can do this on the GTR) than the best cure would probably be copius amounts of applied throttle.

If you're swapping ends under braking, (which is what it seems like when you say "in and out of corners") try adjusting the brake balance.
