Need Help, I Think I Broke My Computers Internet

Any site I go to shows this window

However on my family's desktop everything works just fine, that's how I can post. It's every internet browser as well.

Rebooting now, my computer's on WiFi so I tried to reset the router, but it still didn't work after that.
