Need Help...(maybe Jordan could help ?)

I need a way to advertise my site world-sportscars.co.uk and the forums world-sportscars.co.uk/wbb. I've done the meta's so it should be in search engines...but its not getting me anywhere. Boards been up 6 weeks, only made 3422 posts 333 threads, and 57 members. If anyone can help me with the advertising bit, I'd be greatful. Jordan, by any chance can you give me a few tips on how you advertised this place ?
 
57 members in 6 weeks?
I have had my forums up for nearly 3 months and only have 17 members.

Well over half of them don't even post. :(

When I said Host you, I meant remotly, through my board, you get your own colour scheme, can have your own logo and super moderator status and within time if ur a regular, admin status :)
