I'm am stuck on S3 and S6, have you got any tips on them, I tried looking at the demo but I can't get it. (On S3, The Bronze limit is 1:56:00 and I got 1:56:026 :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Take a note of the split times of the demo car and your car - T1, T2, T3 (if the track is long enough) and time at the line. Narrow it down to which sector you're dropping the most time.

Most likely you'll find that it's a single sector that's giving you grief. Watch the replay - your replay with the AI ghost - and find out which corner in that sector he pulls away most in. It's likely that that corner is the culprit - if you don't carry enough speed through a single corner you can end up paying 0.5-1.0s for it at the end of a lap.

Watch the AI's line carefully in that corner alone and try to mimic it as much as possible - he could brake less, turn-in earlier or later, enter the corner from a different point. Remember you won't hurt the car by doing it again and again and again.

That's my tip for all S-licences.

use your ghosts, its the easiest way.
there is not better way to improve your times than to have a car to chase... something almost tangible to benchmark against...
try it ans u'll see

S3 - keep the car in a straight line as much as possible and go into the corners far too fast, also use manual trans. sometimes it is best to change into 2nd to get the revs up and power up.

S6 - is tricky too, but really gun it, take no prisoners and rev the absolute nuts off the engine way into the red zone before it bounces then change up

I have literally just complete both of these, also help if you do it after a sleep, have a good shower and then your well awake are ready to go

p.s get the adrenaline running it always helps when you lean into the corners with the car

Actually, I find that the demo don't always have the perfect line for license tests. I believe that the demo is a replay of one of the programmers or something. Almost all of the time, you can't go wrong by following their line though if bronze is all you're after.

...gets in the way and can be annoying. :p

Just watch the demo, it will save you some time.

But then you'll be constantly looking behind to see how far in front of it you are!

I don't know...I just don't look behind, because I know I'll beat them easily anyway! :D
