Need help tuning ZR1 please

So I got the zr1 and threw max power items on it but no supercharger. At one point in time I was able to cruise at around 270, now I'm having trouble even getting to 255. I own all the possible upgrades and need help tuning. I've tried altering ride heights, downforce, gear ratios, everything. I've given the engine an overhaul and all the pit servicing. I can't for the life of me get it back to where it was. I screwed with the settings to use it on a techy track and forgot to save what I had before. Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
So I've taken flat floors off and that fixed the issue. I'm an idiot. No flat floors gets about an extra 20mph

Okay now I have max parts all the way around, had it reading max power 1050hp and everytime I hit the track when I go to edit settings after my power has gone down.
