can anyone teach me other drifting techniques?

2. a basic LSD tuning for FR drifting

- can anyone help me with that :indiff:

3. a really good drifting tune for FD, FC, S-13, 240sx...

there is no heel and toe in Gt3 because it is used in real life and u need a clutch for it. it is used so that when downshifting u dont feel no jolt and that ur rpm is high. Its used in any kind of racing but real life drfiters used this alot but not the technique shift lock. If u want to learn other techniques go check some guides in here and they show u other techniques and what is drifting about.

And about that lsd stay off the drugs no j/p use a 2way differential its best for drifting because when you slam on the gas it locks up both right and left tires under accleration and it locks up under deceleraton this its the best diffferential used for drifting, dont use the full costomize it will just confuse you.

also my first car was a silvia small and quick turning its a good car.
just buy it drop a flywheel, clutch, driveshaft, 2way diff, stage 3 weight reduction, and a sports intercooler. and thats it! As you get better with the car you can upgrade the turbos and build upto the 400 some odd hp the silvia can produce. ahh too much typing for me. :scared:

Hello jw31 everything you need is already available on the forum there are drift guides which tell how it works and how do it (I used them myself not too bad ;) ) there are also tuning guides available and some pretty nifty drift vids to view :D

question: what other way is there to drift than brake drift and e-brake drift? i mean excluding all the techniques such as feint etc. there's not really another way to drift other than braking or e-braking. + there is no special button to initiate a drift; you get it from practice

before i cant even drift with a controller but now i mastered it and started drifting with a wheel which im still practicing my techniques but hey just practice and the next thing u know u can drift thats wat happen to me when i started to drift with a wheel. Oh yea use sim tires on ur drift car to prac and youll learn fast. 👍

Settings: Here

Techniques: Here

After reading that if you have specific questions, do a search. If that reveals nothing. Feel free to post.

I know I sound harsh when I say, "Look here" and "do a search" But the vast majority if not all the info you're looking for is already here.(check the stickies at the top of the drifting forum) So it's just to keep things from getting redundant. :)

and practice practice pracrice :banghead:

Yep that too. 👍

Just throw some sims on there and go have some fun. Start tweaking things after you figure out techinque.

That's what I messed up, I got my cars all setup, then tryed to drift. That's really hard! Just take a stock silva with a decent LSD and sims out. then worry about settings and what not.

Thats very true I did the same thing took someone else's setttings tried to drift spent ages just trying to adjust myself around the car when really I should have been adjusting the car around me :p

But learn the techniques first just like swift said :sly:

the button is up there on the top
