Need help with 2 extreme B-spec race events.

Extreme Historic race:
I tried to used a fully tuned Toyota 7, I got 1st on the first race but ended up in 7th place for the 2nd race. I've tired it many times now, still can't win the second race.

NASCAR event:
using a Toyota CAMERY, my B-spec driver won't over-take at all.... Since all NASCAR are the same spec, how can I ever win this one? My bob is level 29 btw.
 
Just up the downforce and Bob'll drive faster through the corners than the rest of the pack, eventually overtaking everyone.
 
I added stage 3 turbo and max the down force for my TOYOTA 7 but still can't win the 2nd race. the 2J and Ford GT is always faster than me.

As for NASCAR, I can't find any settings so far.... Unless I can find a way to get bob to over-take aggressively, I really think this series is impossible.

The first one, keep him cool in the bottom half of the track, near the tunnel/chicane, keep him hot on the top half of the track. Make sure theres no 2J starting in the top 4 spots.

For the NASCAR race, it depends on tuning, someone posted a setup thats a guarunteed win at all 6 tracks, I'll see if I can find it.
